Motor and riding experience

The bike is equipped with a 48V hub motor, which delivers up to 75 Nm of torque. This provides strong assistance for acceleration, hills, and riding on heavier surfaces.

The torque sensor makes motor assistance more natural, as the assistance adapts to how hard you pedal. With 5 assist levels, you can easily choose between maximum range, balanced assistance, or more powerful motor assistance.

Battery and range

The EP 2 3.0 Boost features a 48V 13.5Ah battery with 648Wh capacity. The battery uses 21700 cells and has BMS protection, which helps protect the battery during use and charging.

The realistic range is up to 120 km at PAS 1, up to 100 km at PAS 3, and up to 80 km at PAS 5. The range depends on factors such as rider weight, temperature, tire pressure, terrain, wind conditions, and selected assist level.

Comfort and control

The hydraulic front fork with adjustable lockout and 50 mm travel helps provide a more comfortable ride. The wide 20 x 4.0 inch tires offer stability, good grip, and extra comfort on uneven surfaces.

The soft ENGWE saddle, 10-level adjustable seat post, and 680 mm wide handlebars provide a secure and comfortable seating position.

Safety and lighting

The EP 2 3.0 Boost is equipped with hydraulic brakes with dual pistons and 180 mm brake rotors front and rear. This provides controlled and effective braking power under various conditions.
